FAQ - Invoicing & Payment

This is only possible for Belgian companies with a valid VAT number.
The first order must always be paid in advance.
The following orders can then be paid on the 14-day invoice date.
You certainly can.
If a valid VAT number is entered when entering your data, the VAT will be automatically transferred. For countries outside the EU zone, VAT will not be charged either.
You must pay this in your own country via customs or via the carrier. Depending on the destination.

FAQ - Shipping - Deliveries - Collections

This is very simple: the costs incurred for sending (DHL, DPD or GLS does not send for free) must be paid in one way or another. Most web stores charge these costs on as a kind of surcharge in the selling price of the products. We can all make our products slightly more expensive and thereby pretend that we do not charge shipping costs - as is usually the case with other web stores.
However, we find this unfair because in this way customers who order multiple items are punished because they are actually charged double shipping costs.
The webshops that do not charge shipping costs, therefore earn without you noticing the 'no shipping costs' .........
We prefer to keep costs open and fair!
You certainly can with a minimum purchase amount of 50 Euro.
For this you need to make an appointment by phone at this number: +32 (0) 12 22 77 70.
Then the goods can be picked up in our warehouse at Radiostraat 30 in 3700 Tongeren.

FAQ - IBC-Adapters

The Polypropylene (PP) adapters are thinner and lighter in material. These are sprayed on large-scale production. The PE-HD adapters, on the other hand, are CNC turned piece by piece and have a thicker and heavier material. These last much longer compared to PP adapters.
For a set of 2 IBCs, it is 1 meter, for 3 IBCs it is 2 meters, for 4 IBCs it is 3 meters, etc ...
