Returns | How to return products at Cubicenter.eu

Not completely satisfied with your purchase? No problem – you have the right to return any products purchased via cubicenter.eu within 14 days of receipt. As soon as we have received and inspected your return, we will refund the purchase amount of the returned item.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

Not all products are eligible for return. The following items are excluded from the right of withdrawal:

• Single-use packaging items, such as IBC containers, jerrycans, and drums

• Custom-made or specially ordered products

• Sale or discounted items

• Hygiene-sensitive or sealed products

• Perishable or living goods, such as plants

These products unfortunately cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process and Costs

If you choose to return a product, please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility. Once we have received the product, we will immediately begin processing your refund request. Please be aware that the original shipping costs (e.g. standard or express delivery) are non-refundable.

Refunds are always issued via the same payment method used at checkout.

Exchanges

Would you like to exchange a product for a different color or size? Please contact us first by email and clearly specify which product(s) you wish to return. We will provide you with a return form including the correct return address. Once you've returned the item, you can simply place a new order. The amount for the returned item (excluding shipping fees) will then be refunded as quickly as possible.

Responsibility and Packaging

You are responsible for the product during return shipping, until it has safely arrived at our warehouse. Please ensure the product is well-packaged, preferably in the original packaging. If the product is damaged or lost during return transit, you as the sender are liable.
